Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry specialist in the Wholesale Distribution industry. This role involves processing sales orders, tracking and adjusting invoices, and maintaining customer records. The selected candidate will also handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts.Responsibilities: Enter sales orders data throughout the sales cycle Track and adjust invoices based on client's position in the sales cycle Maintain an organized and detailed record of customer data Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and correspondence Keep track of inventory and update records accordingly Perform calculations related to sales orders and invoices Organize files and documents for easy access and retrieval Scan important documents and keep a digital record for future referenceRequirements Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the Wholesale Distribution industry Proficient in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in handling Email Correspondence professionally Proven experience in Organizing Files and Record Keeping Ability to Perform Calculations quickly and accurately Proficient in Typing with a focus on speed and accuracy Experience in Scanning documents and Inventory Tracking Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
