Description We are looking for a meticulous Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success.Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile invoices against contracts, and ensure accurate entry into the financial system.
Work with service providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
Collaborate with audit partners to review, analyze, and optimize costs.
Prepare and analyze regular reports for management, identifying trends and potential issues.
Conduct physical inventory of assets and update the inventory records accordingly.
Review expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and correct coding.
Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
Provide support for accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as needed.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to improve processes and analyze data.
Apply expertise in financial software systems, accounting processes, asset management, inventory procedures, month-end close, and financial reporting to perform duties effectively.
Requirements
Ability to Review Invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
