We take an innovative approach to supporting our clients, working side-by-side in an agile environment using new technologies.Your future duties and responsibilities:Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including discovery, crafting value propositions and working closely with engineering, design, and testing to ensure customer struggles are resolved. The Product Owners' job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.Discover and build product value propositions by working with users/customers, development teams, and product designersBuilding a product strategyOptimize the team's learning curve (gain customer insights and feedback) by crafting products with speed in mind.Understand how to operate within an agile framework. Build and maintain product backlogs, ensure customers have high-quality outcomes (by testing and accepting stories), run end-of-sprint demos to acquire feedback from customers, and prioritize work.Act as a leader and evangelize their products and always be innovating.Actively look for ways to improve team value.Product vision for the PI.Handle Agile Teams Backlog.Coordinate Product development.Defines Iterations and StoriesEnsure stories meet the user’s needs and align with the Definition of Done!Preparation and Participation in PI Planning.Work with Architects to understand & support Enabler work.Participate in key team ceremonies.Continuously build presentation / demo skills.Be flexible to help with any work as PO role permits. Some examples include helping team to refine stories, conduct testing, add documentation for release, etc.Support the development of the design strategy for new products.See opportunities for product improvements.Lead the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business goals.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:At least 5+ years of proven ability as a Product Owner.Have at least 3+ experience working with technical teams involved in building API’sProficiency in creating User Story Maps, ability to create user stories containing end-to-end analysis: outcomes, outputs, process, scenarios, and examples (testing).Shown success defining and launching excellent products.Technically savvy and understands conceptually how products are built.Shown experience in leading multiple Agile teams with onshore – offshore model.Excellent project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Critical thinker and good problem-solver.Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus.Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.#LI-BK1#DICECGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications.
