This position will oversee second shift production.The Production Supervisor position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
Ability to safely operate and instruct employees on proper use of fabrication equipment including press brakes, bending rolls and punches
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read blueprints
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality control to meet industrial standards
Maintain positive relationships and interactions with customers
Understanding of safe work practices and how to maintain a safe work environment
