OverviewTitle: Regional PRN Injury Prevention Specialist- FloaterLocation: Various Locations - Central Indiana/Central North/Central East/WestStatus: PRN/Per DiemHours: Availability needed M-F day shift - varied shift timesWe are looking for a Regional PRN to provide Coverage at multiple client locations as needed in IndianaEarly Intervention Specialist (EIS) are responsible for interfacing with office and industrial clients to identify areas of MSK risk and create individualized plans for improvement that lead to decreasing risk for illness and injury in the workplace.Responsibilities Apply their scientific knowledge and education to the industrial environment Through observation of employee work performance, assess body mechanics, tasks, and human motion to determine risk and create a plan for mitigation Proactively address postural and motion deficiencies through education and job-specific coaching with the goal of eliminating biomechanical contributions to potential injury. Work within the jurisdictional guidelines for clinical care and first aid. Document all workforce interactions efficiently and completely with a strong ability to integrate feedback for continuous improvement. Compiling Monthly Draws, notarization, submitting to customer via email/Procore/Textura Hanger backorders & creating extras Gathering info for Extras Help determine fault type and if chargeable Check and verify margin to apply Manage and track Change Orders Providing Sales & Cost Analysis and Reporting to make sure jobs are performing. Tracking Hot Opportunities Maintaining frequent communication with CMF customers, Account Managers, Design and Production teams Develops positive customer relationships and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction. Assisting resolving customer issues/problems in a timely manner. Assists customers responding to questions about orders, deliveries, and other inquiries related to their business.Supporting Site Built West RVP and RSMs with special projects, as needed. Preparing various reports and correspondence as required. Performing other duties as required. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Reviews reports and daily activity of their team as required. Attends various training sessions as required. Qualifications Minimum of high school graduate; business bachelor\'s degree or related is preferred. Minimum three years of experience in customer service within a Universal\'s plant or region or five years in other customer service experience environment. Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.) Working knowledge of all product lines and customer base Compensation & Benefit Information:Salary Pay Range: $42,000-65,000 annually Bonus/Incentive Pay Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
