The Medve Group, Inc. is an established and stable owner-operator property management and investment company specializing in multi-family communities.
We are actively seeking an Apartment Renovation Specialist in Lafayette or Baton Rouge, LA. Frequent travel between both locations will be necessary. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a strong handyman and/or mechanical background. He/she must consider themself a Jack or Jill of all tradesĀ.
Responsibilities:
Light plumbing and electrical
Carpentry/trim work
Demo work
Kitchen and bath remodels
Exterior Repairs, as needed
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Must have basic tools (company will provide specialty tools)
Must have own transportation
Must be able to pass necessary pre-employment screening
