I manage some apartments in Duson, LA—six buildings with four units each. One of the buildings needs the chimneys sealed and a hole patched in the ceiling. In another building, three units need to be gutted and fully rehabbed. A third building requires plumbing work: in one of the units, the hot water tank is filling up, the lines have been flushed, but there's no water pressure for the hot water, leaving the tenant without running HOT water.
If you're able to take on all or part of these jobs, please let me know.
In order to work on the demolishing/rehabbing, you will need to have a business to write-off for owner. Thanks
