APARTMENT MAINTENANCE JOB FAIR 3/20 & 3/21
$1500 SIGNING BONUS + HUGE RENT DISCOUNT
The Medve Group, Inc. has immediate needs for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Tech and a Make Ready Technician at multiple apartment communities in Lafayette, LA region. Ideal candidates will be expected to perform various duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our beautiful communities.
Maintenance Supervisor:
Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
Prepare units to move-in ready condition
Performs various community maintenance functions
Responds to resident service requests and issues
Maintain activity log
Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
Assist with on-call responsibilities
HVAC certification is REQUIRED
Maintenance Tech:
Works with make-ready crew to ensure units are available for prospective tenants
Tend to resident service request and assist w/ on-call duties
Perform electrical appliance, outlet and light fixture repairs
Knowledge and experience with general plumbing and carpentry needed
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning units
HVAC certification is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Make-Ready Techs:
Ensure all apartments are ready prior to move-in
Perform minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed
Monitor physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and immediately report any issues
Other duties as assigned by management
HVAC certification or experience is a PLUS
