Requirements:
Mastery of The Software - The current Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
Mastery of The Craft - Graphic Design Typography, Branding, illustration, photography principles, etc.
Experience Working in A Wide Range of Mediums - Digital, Print, Outdoor, UI etc.
Agency and Creative Management Experience
Leadership and Mentorship - Bring your âAâ game as you will have the opportunity to mentor a team of âout of this world talentedâ designers.
Client Pitching and Relations - Experience and ability to collaborate with clients and/or pitch your teams work to the client when the opportunity presents itself.
Extensive, Award Winning Portfolio - A portfolio that includes stand-out branding and design work in a variety of different industries
Team Player - No giant egos. We want someone who while is a star doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and working until the project is complete.
Attributes That Will Set You Apart:
Web Site Design - and at least working knowledge of how the web development process works
Basic Business Skills - In other words, you understand the whole agency process, not just from a creative standpoint.
Retail Marketing - While we have many branding clients, our agency- especially on the marketing side of things- also has many retail automotive clients which the creative side supports. Any experience understanding and practicing this game is a huge plus.
