About Us:
Be Great Recovery Living Facility is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing recovery housing, entrepreneurship support, and community development services. We are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team, support our recovery housing programs, and grow into leadership roles within the organization.
Position Overview:
We are hiring Client Services Coordinators to assist with client support, transportation, and administrative tasks. Individuals who demonstrate commitment and a passion for serving others will have the opportunity to train to become an in-house operator under a volunteer contract with weekly compensation of $100.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide reliable transportation for clients to appointments, programs, and other needs ($0.75 per mile reimbursement).
Support program operations with administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and client communications.
Assist with client intake, orientation, and ongoing support.
Helping clients with chores and staying accountable
Taking clients to and from work and grocery stores as well as meetings
Learn recovery housing operations and program management as part of the in-house operator training.
Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and staff to ensure a supportive and structured recovery environment.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a fully functioning vehicle.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Strong desire to help others and contribute to a recovery-focused nonprofit.
Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
