Outside Service Technicians needed to service commercial beverage equipment such as coffee brewers, coffee grinders, espresso machines, ice tea machines, etc
Individuals in this role are provided with: a vehicle, uniform, cell phone, and gas card.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive dispatched service calls as assigned and ensure prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Troubleshoot or diagnose equipment malfunctions utilizing standard electrical test equipment such as volt/ohm meters to identify and implement corrective action and perform preventative maintenance. Check calibration and ensure machine is clean.
Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts and tools
Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion.
In some locations, the Service Technician will be responsible for machine movement and various other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work overtime when needed.

To perform this job successfully, the Service Technician must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Mechanical aptitude.
Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Great oral and written communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two (2) years working as a service technician, will consider any candidate with mechanical aptitude. In-house and factory training will be provided on various equipment.
Graduate of Technical or Vocational School a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record a must.
Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs required.
Ability to drive more than 40% of the time.
Ability to pass a Background Check.
Must have non-skid (slip resistant) shoes .
