The Arts at Broussard Crossing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our awesome team
Responsibilities:
Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
Ensure apartment units are move-in ready
Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools, etc.
Reports concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse and common areas to the supervisor
Requirements:
Must be able to perform on-call duties
HVAC certification or experience with install/repairs is preferred
Prior relevant experience is needed
Incentives:
$1500 signing bonus
$20-22/hr based on experience
