4. Communication and Leadership: Effective verbal and written communication skills to report job statuses and direct the work of others, while being able to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Physical Capability and Flexibility: Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 65 pounds), work at heights, and operate mobile equipment safely, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
