We are Winetasters Choice, a promotional agency that focuses on beverages, mainly wine and we do in-store tastings. We will be focusing on Rouse's markets and will be starting to do in-store tastings in February in the Lake Charles area
We employ people year-round, so if you perform, we may be able to give you ongoing work.

Here are some specific requirements/documents that you must provide
-Valid liquor serving license (or whatever the requirement in your state)
-Valid driver's license (if you are driving)
-Reliable transportation
-Valid auto insurance
-Social security card, or some official document showing your SSN
-Professional, and somewhat conservative appearance
-Friendly and positive disposition.
-Well spoken. Excellent use of grammar
-Follow instructions well
-Have a recent model smartphone (past 3-4 years)
-Have something that can take clear, good quality digital photos.
-Proficient in computer and smartphone use.
-Be of drinking age
-Punctual.
-Be able to stand on your feet for 3-4 hours at a time.
-You don't need much wine knowledge, and the information about each wine will is provided. However, if you dislike wine, and have no knowledge of it at all, this may not be the best fit for you.
Here are the standard items any ambassador must provide:
Wine opener
Small table (about 2ft X 3ft) give or take
Valid TABC
Dark tablecloth (must be cloth, not plastic or vinyl) that fits your table

Being a brand ambassador is an autonomous, part-time job that does have some flexibility.
-Each shift is typically three hours
-Most demos happen between Fridays -Sundays. Typical shifts are 12-3,1-4, 2-5, 3-6, 4-7
-You get paid on the 7th and 22nd of each month depending on what day of the week that date falls on.
-You will get a company credit card to use for cups and wine
-As an ambassador, you will need to know your product. We will provide you with the information you need, and you only need to know the basics.
