IFL Inc., a growing demolition company expanding from Texas, is immediately hiring up to 6 new employees for a full-time Steel Cutting Crew in Nederland, LA.
We are seeking experienced professionals to handle the demolition and cutting of large steel items like vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers. We are open to hiring industrial pipe welders with proven steel cutting ability.
The project is scheduled to start on September 29, 2025.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: Start at $30.00 per hour for the first 30 days.
Guaranteed Increase & Hours: If you are a good fit, your rate will increase to $40.00 per hour and we will guarantee you 50 hours per week full-time.
Consumables Supplied: IFL Inc. will supply all of your consumables on a weekly basis.
Requirements
To be considered, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of welding or steel cutting experience.
Credentials: Valid TWIC card and valid identification.
Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Logistics: Reliable transportation or rig and your own tools.
