Description Robert Half is seeking a Collections Specialist for our client located in Metairie, Louisiana. The role involves overseeing the collection processes within the finance sector, ensuring the efficient handling of customer credit applications and maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the management of inbound and outbound collection calls to ensure efficient processing Lead all billing and reporting activities, ensuring all deadlines are met Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain and update customer files to ensure the integrity of data Actively follow up on all past due amounts, recording all results in the system Accurately record all customer payments to the relevant reports Utilize Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, and ADP - Financial Services for various tasks Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure prompt answering of inbound calls Oversee billing functions and administer claim administration processes Monitor and improve collection processes using CRM and Epic SoftwareRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Experience with Accurint is a must Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary Must be proficient in CRM Knowledge of Epic Software is required Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must Must be comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls Experience in Billing Functions is necessary Familiarity with Claim Administration is essential Must have knowledge of Collection ProcessesRobert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
