Description We are looking for a Clerical Associate to join our team in Monroe, Louisiana. This role involves various clerical duties such as processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records with precision Prepare documents for mailing as required Scan or copy documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Retrieve files as needed in a timely manner Work independently and collaboratively with others to meet deadlines Handle heavy lifting tasks, including moving boxes and files Work on feet for extended periods of time as the job demands Independently resolve customer inquiries and issues. Requirements Proficient in the use of 'About Time' software Skilled in scanning and photocopying/scanning documents Experience in performing clerical duties Ability to handle tasks involving copying documents Capable of heavy lifting as required Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
