CNC Operator (Building 3)

Description:Hitachi Astemo develops and manufactures automotive and transportation related components that are related to Valve timing controls in cars. This candidate will be responsible for CNC Lathes and Mills in a production environment. They will primarily run and monitor a line of CNC machines and make offsets when needed (The line includes 3-5 machines). They will perform Quality checks on parts using a Plug Gauge, Micrometer, and Calipers. Candidate will also be responsible for performing daily PM's ( This will consist of basic cleaning, Changing coolant/oil and greasing). They will be required to handle minor tool changes (EX.Changing an insert or Bar in a lathe)Skills:Cnc, Calipers, Micrometre, Gauges, Cnc machineTop Skills Details:Cnc,Calipers,Micrometre,Gauges,Cnc machineAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of CNC Operating Experience

1 Year of Experience with Quality tools (Caliper, Mics, Gauges)

1 year of experience performing Offsets/ adjustments

Must have attention to Detail

Must understand Decimals
