Description Robert Half is looking to fill the position of a highly-skilled and motivated candidate who is ready to begin their career as a Data Entry Clerk. We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have rapid and error-free typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist role for you! This long-term contract / temporary to hire Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Monroe, North Carolina area.Major responsibilities
Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product
Search websites for information
Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Examine reports and sheets of data
Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems Requirements
Demonstrated typing accuracy
Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Clinical Research experience
Strong familiarity with High-Volume Data Entry
General familiarity with Electronic Medical Record
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Adeptness in Microsoft Excel
Data entry experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology
Data entry experience within Excel or Ripple
Ability to multitask effectively
