Job Details Division: Nucor Warehouse Systems Location: Monroe , GA , United States Other Available Locations: N/ABasic Job Functions:Nucor Warehouse Systems- GA is looking for materials handlers. An ideal candidate will focus on safety, be a team player, and find ways to be improve efficiency and safety.
Enforces all company safety policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe shipping operations.
Unload materials and finished goods from incoming trucks and stack them in assigned areas
Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Transport raw materials to production workstations
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
Other Duties as Assigned
[[custsafetyState]]Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
6 months forklift experience
Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
Ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing experience.
2-3 years of Forklift Operating Experience
