We are currently expanding and actively looking for strong, dependable guys who are ready to work, get paid the same day, and become part of a high-performance crew.
We’re looking for individuals who are physically strong and capable of lifting at least 50lbs comfortably (don’t worry – no one is expected to lift heavy items alone). You should be comfortable moving furniture, boxes, appliances, and various general household or renovation materials. Most jobs are short-term or day-by-day, and schedules are flexible, making this perfect for people who want consistent part-time or gig-based income with same-day payouts.
The ideal candidate is reliable, respectful, and takes the job seriously. We value punctuality, good communication, and the ability to follow directions well. You should be a quick learner, a strong team player, and someone who brings a no-nonsense, hard-working attitude to the job site. A good command of English, both spoken and understood, is necessary to ensure clear communication on all jobs.
Jobs pay $28/hour or more depending on the task, and you’ll get paid via e-transfer or cash the same day you work. It’s fast, straightforward, and no games. You’ll be added to our roster and contacted based on availability, experience, and proximity to the job site. You’ll need to be responsive via text or phone when work is offered.
To be eligible, you must have:
– Steel-toe boots or sturdy running shoes (no sandals or soft shoes)
– The physical ability to assist with lifting heavy items (again, nothing solo)
– A valid photo ID
– A mobile phone and the ability to respond to texts promptly
– Legal status to work in US
– Access to reliable transportation to get to job sites on time
You’ll be a great fit if you already have experience with moving, general labor, renovations, or construction. Having your own car is a big bonus, and we take note of those who are self-motivated and consistent. Being dependable and on time is non-negotiable – we only want people who show up ready to go and who make a good impression with clients.
