Conducts warehouse training activities by establishing operational procedures for training such as verification of outgoing shipments and training in the timely and accurate shipment of cases.
Trains employees and maintains a training log with new employees and hold weekly one-on-one meetings with new selectors.
Improves warehouse strategies and processes.
Functions as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
