Local motel seeking a handyman/maintenance technician to perform a variety of on-site repair and maintenance tasks.
The position includes on-site housing with all utilities provided. Compensation will be paid per completed repair at agreed-upon rates, in addition to the housing benefit.
There is an opportunity for the individual to remain on the property long-term at no cost by continuing in an ongoing maintenance role, subject to performance and property needs.
Monetary compensation is $1000 per month + housing and utilities. You’ll be laying down tile, patching roof issues, window issues, and renovating rooms. PROPERTY IN DERMOTT ARKANSAS
