Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding logistics, shipmen
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues related
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all interactions are logged in the system.
Continuously follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service experiences this job is Entry level approved
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must have reliable equipment (computer, phone, etc.) and a high-speed internet connection.
Must pass a 7-year background check.
