Position Title MDM Architect
Location New Orleans, LA
Expected Duration 3 months with a follow on 6 month extension
Job Requirements As part of the Analytics practice, this person will lead technology innovation for our clients through robust delivery of world-class solutions. This position is an individual contributor and Lead Informatica Master Data Management Architect. The individual will be the lead architect for current Customer MDM program, ensuring delivery of an enterprise scale MDM program across the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience in Informatica MDM implementation
Expert Knowledge of Informatica Customer 360
End to end implementation experience of Information MDM 10.X product
Fluent knowledge of Informatica MDM HUB v10.x, proven work experience with v10.3 or more
Expert in MDM configuration including Hub Server, Cleanse server and Elastic Search instance
Expert in creating and tuning Informatica match and merge rules
Expert in Informatica "Trust" framework
Batch/real time data integration HANDS ON experience with Informatica SIF framework and BES APIs
Experience with Active Vos - Good to have
Exposure to Informatica Data Quality IDQ 10.X
Knowledge of SOAP and REST API
Good Understanding of Data models and Data Architecture
Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts and other technologies in the market
Define the short and long-term strategies for data management to ensure effective delivery of information that meets current and future requirements.
Sets technical direction for the overall MDM solution architecture, defines component architecture, reviews detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture across the complete data lifecycle
Manage the ongoing quality and application of data supporting the organization, ensuring high quality data and appropriate use. Address inquiries from internal and external teams and investigate and resolve (as needed) data discrepancies.
Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to build confidence in the accuracy and quality of data, and work collaboratively to address perceived gaps in the data
Collaborate with colleagues on data validation and data coordination activities. Ensure that the data management processes are well understood and documented to ensure continuity and stability.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field preferred
Nine or more years of experience in data/database architecture
Ability to follow standards
Ability to recognize items for continuous improvements such as optimizing queries (but not limited too).
