Spa Therapist

Provide professional massage therapy, body treatments, and wellness services in accordance with hotel spa standards, treatment protocols, and applicable licensing requirements  Conduct guest consultations to assess wellness needs, preferences, contraindications, and treatment recommendations appropriately  Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and spa areas in a clean, sanitized, and organized condition  Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality throughout all spa experiences  Educate guests on spa services, wellness recommendations, retail products, and home care suggestions as appropriate  Maintain accurate service documentation and treatment records in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations  Follow all sanitation, infection control, workplace safety, and professional licensing standards  Assist with spa setup, preparation, and operational support as assigned  Promote spa services, wellness offerings, and retail products professionally and responsibly  Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and service recovery opportunities  Support spa events, VIP experiences, wellness programs, and promotional initiatives as assigned  Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct consistent with luxury hospitality standards  Participate in required trainings, meetings, and continuing education as operationally required
