LOOKING FOR A FRESH NEW LOCATION FOR WORK?
We are looking for a BAKER with experience in European cakes and sweets such as:
-wedding, birthday and special occasion cakes
-cookies & petit fours
-croissants, eclairs, baba au rum, fruit tarts etc.
-variety of cake slices (tiramisu, mocha, fruit on top, chocolate, strawberry vanilla, swiss roll, pistachio...)
-whole cakes for the showroom and for special orders, some with special custom decorations
We want someone who will be excited to join our team in our fresh and clean mediterranean/european bakery with dedicated owners and a great reputation in town.
You will have your own work station and freedom to work without someone overlooking you all the time.
We just ask you to:
*Meet all order deadlines and work efficiently to fill the bakery showcases daily
(one for cake slices and etc, another one for whole cakes)
*Prepare all of the baked goods with little or no supervision (we don't like to stand over anyone's shoulder)
*Clean your workstation tabletop at the end of each day
*Be able to stand for the full shift (with breaks in between of course).
*Move/live in Houston where our bakery is....

Median home prices remain on the lower side compared to other similar metro areas, and the overall cost of living in Houston is lower than the national average.
