Debbie Does Doberge is hiring Bakery Assistants to work at our production facility in Rivertown, Kenner. First and foremost, we’re looking for individuals who are kind, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a team and work toward a common goal.
These roles are full time and are included in our company wide tip and service fee share. Base rate is $12/h and tip/service fee share is consistently around $7 per hour, which works out to $19/hour.

Bakery Assistant duties include slicing and stacking cakes, making pies, dobites (petit fours), folding boxes, washing dishes, and pitching in with facility cleaning. If routines, efficiency, and unlocking sweet skill sets sounds like your thing, have we got a gig for you!
