Local Bed and Breakfast in Bywater looking for an on-site caretaker to manage on property maintenance and some elements of guest stays.
The owners are moving offsite and looking for someone take their place as the onsite representative. We already have a property manager who handles most guest requests, but the onsite caretaker will be responsible as a backup in case the primary property manager is unavailable. Some tasks that may include:
- Light housekeeping and gardening
- Meet vendors dropping off/picking up items for events
- Receive packages delivered to property for guests and/or owners
- Assist property manager as required with general logistics and maintenance issues
Free housing and weekly stipend offered (must be willing to live on site). Housing is a 350-square foot detached guest cottage with separate entrance. It has a full bath (clawfoot tub, shower combo), 42" LCD television, full kitchen, and washer/dryer.
