Who we are looking for:
The Country Club is looking to add a new member to our service staff at the bar. We are looking a barback to work during brunch shifts and occasional weekday shifts.
Our goal as a restaurant is to provide upscale and high-quality service in a more casual, relaxed environment. This position requires some flexible scheduling, with weekend and weekday availability.
Qualifications include:
Positive attitude
Willingness to be apart of a growing restaurant environment
Some experience serving in fine dining or high volume restaurants/bars
Strong communication skills
Flexible scheduling
Responsible Vendor Permit
A rotation of brunch shifts will be available, weekday lunch/dinner will also be scheduled.
Shift pay is $25 per shift, plus 15% tip share from the bartenders for the shift
