As a Bartender at Market Cafe, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will work closely with the bar staff and kitchen team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Shift information:
-Shifts start from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with AM and PM shifts for the bartenders and servers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid bartending license or certification (where applicable).
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
