The restaurant schedule may include weekend brunch service
Mardi Gras shifts are required, including Mardi Gras Day
You will work during and on Mardi Gras this season
Long shifts are common — lobby bar averages 10–12 hours, restaurant shifts are closer to standard expectations
Holiday and event-season hours can run long
Full schedule availability is required

Core Skill Set
Strong foundation in craft cocktail technique (syrups, infusions, specs, balance)
Ability to deliver high-volume service while maintaining consistency
Comfortable moving between lobby-style hospitality and restaurant service
This role requires both beverage creativity and service speed
