We are currently looking for an experienced butcher/charcutier professional. Prefer at least 2 years experience. Butchers at 34 Restaurant & Bar provide high-quality meats and are skilled at performing quality inspections, using knives, saws, and other tools to break down and cut meat. We are looking for butchers who are experienced in working with a wide variety of products including beef, pork, poultry, lamb, seafood and more. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays. Must have good grooming, get along well with others, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
