Lamara Coffee and Kitchen is hiring for a trained barista ( basic latte skills/ art needed) to work either full or part time. We are open 7 days a week until 3pm. Ideal person knows how to use a La Marzocco or similar and wants to work with a small team. Barista is responsible for making drinks of course, but also making house made syrups, cold brew batches, etc as well as engaging with the high level of loyal customers and develop relationships. Ability to multi task is required as the role involves many details in FOH. Also we are a low waste business so we highly emphasize this ethos. Pay starts at $14 ( 2 week training is $12 per hour) but the minimum per hour with tips is $21-23 on average . We seek diversity and encourage all to apply who have the related work experience.
