Chais Delachaise is looking for a part time, experienced server. We are a locally-owned, neighborhood wine bar and bistro located on Maple Street near Tulane and Loyola Universities. We have a small, tight-knit team, a robust wine and cocktail program, and a loyal, growing customer-base.
Requirements:
We are looking for at least 2 years of recent, high-volume serving experience. Wine knowledge is a huge plus as we are primarily a wine bar, but we do provide wine training. We are a pooled house, so teamwork and helping to take care of guests outside of your section is essential.
Schedule:
3-4 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday.
Must be available to work the weeks of Nov 12-16, 2025, and May 13-17, 2026. Holiday availability strongly preferred.
Pay/Benefits:
$5 p/h + share of tip pool. The tip pool is calculated by hours worked each day.
