Owner is a native of Sakon Nakhon in northeastern Thailand who moved to New Orleans in 2001. His immensely popular Gretna restaurant, Banana Blossom, is celebrating its 10th year of operation, and takes flavors and techniques from his native Thailand and brings them to his growing community of fans.
We are excited to bring this authentic Thai dining experience to New Orleans with a new special twist, offering a unique menu reflecting Jimmy’s roots and journey. We are looking for passionate, professional individuals to join our team in the kitchen.
