Candidates should possess strong leadership and team building skills and also have a passion for providing a superior guest experience. Candidates should be highly knowledgeable in regards to food, liquor and wine. A strong work ethic and a desire to be "hands on" is necessary in our environments. We need leaders who want to motivate and inspire every single day. A thorough understanding of P&L statements and how to impact them via controls and operational expertise is necessary.
