As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations with a focus on delivering high quality service and maximizing guest satisfaction. Managerial experience in fine dining and knowledge of food, cocktails and wine required. Candidates must have enthusiastic sense of hospitality with professional, friendly demeanor. Devotion to hospitable customer service and positive employee relations abilities are necessary. Minimum skills in Microsoft Office and Micros 3700 POS required.
