Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and grace
Manage Resy reservations and walk-ins efficiently
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entrance area
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table turnover and pacing
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
Answer phones, confirm reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
Ideal Candidate:
1+ year experience in a host/hostess role (fine dining preferred)
Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
Familiarity with reservation systems like Resy is a plus
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Runner/SA
As a busser/runner, your first priority is always to deliver food promptly from the kitchen to the guests. Organization is key, as bringing the correct food to the correct table and guest is of utmost importance. Additionally, you will help keep the restaurant clean, by clearing and resetting tables during service (busing), and ensuring that all stations are kept neat and organized. Flexibility is crucial to this position, as you will provide the helping hands wherever needed. Other tasks will include helping the kitchen staff and servers prepare for each service. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Required: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have (or be in the process of applying for) a valid alcohol serving permit (specific permit will vary by state). Must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to work as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
Strong food and wine knowledge (WSET or equivalent a plus)
Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Team player with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the restaurant. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a manual dexterity and coordination to operate restaurant and office equipment and machines. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
