Our daytime shift (4am-12pm or 7am-3pm) bread baker is hired to produce as a team member all of the ciabatta, baguettes, sourdoughs, specialty breads, and related items for retail, wholesale, and catering orders. The bread baker must be comfortable with open communication, receiving constructive feedback, and be willing to work with others as a team member. Employee must be able to stand for multiple hours, be able to lift 50 pounds, be proficient at math/ baker’s percentages, move efficiently and quickly, and work well as a team member. Please have a minimum of 1 year professional kitchen experience. Benefits include up to 2 weeks paid time off per year accrued hourly.
