Mena's Palace Restaurant, located in the French Quarter, is seeking a prep cook/short order cook. Responsibilities entail prepping, frying, grilling, making sandwiches, etc.
We are a small, busy restaurant with a casual atmosphere serving breakfast and lunch to locals and tourists since the 1950s. Family owned for 49 years.
