Johnny Sánchez is seeking a full-time, energetic, and dedicated Key Supervisor to join our Front of House leadership team as we expand operations.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of guest service and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality that inspires the team and enhances the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain high-quality standards and consistency of food, beverage, and service
- Support and lead team members in daily operations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff in accordance with company policies
- Communicate effectively with management to maintain systems, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card required
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
