Our stewards are responsible for handling, washing, and polishing dinnerware as well as maintaining daily inventory and overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the dish room. Stewards ensure that kitchen workspaces, including countertops, stoves, ovens, and floors, are cleaned regularly and that garbage and waste are removed from the kitchen in a timely manner. They will also assist with receiving and properly storing food deliveries and provide basic support to chefs. 2 years' experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment preferred. They should also have knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals. You must be an enthusiastic, coachable, and reliable team player with a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service.
