Latitude 29 is looking for a line cook and a dishwasher to join our team for busy season. Latitude 29 is a world renowned Tiki cocktail bar and restaurant located in the French Quarter. We pay weekly, provide a free meal and drink everyday, and offer flexible scheduling to our staff.
Dishwashers are paid $16/hour and are expected to wash and polish dishes and glassware, sweep and mop at the end of the night, and help with minor prep and cleaning projects.
Line cooks should have scratch kitchen experience, above average knife skills, and prioritize quality, cleanliness, and punctuality. Line cooks can expect $18-$22 an hour based on experience and a short stage.
