The Speakeasy Lead Bartender will tend the bar and provide a regular and steady presence contributing to the identity of the space. They will also assist Lead Bartender with administration of the Speakeasy Bar area, including but not limited to ingredient prep, ordering, and inventory. The Speakeasy Lead Bartender will also assist with cocktail development, pricing, product tasting and selection, and staff training. The Speakeasy Lead Bartender will also cross-train and should be conversant with the bar program for Main Dining Room.
