We're a California based, fast-casual restaurant with many opportunities for growth within our upcoming New Orleans locations. LemonShark specializes in unique poke dishes and sauces. We are currently hiring Teammates for our Magazine location at the corner of Sixth Street.
Duties include preparing and serving a clean, simple, seafood-centric menu, taking orders and cashier work, opening, closing, engaged guest interaction, suggestive selling at the register, minor food prep, and an exceptional attention to cleanliness. We are a founder-driven organization with a fun, laid back vibe, but we take our food and service seriously. We're looking for smart, outgoing, honest, and dependable individuals.
***The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a warm, enthusiastic personality and weekend availability is a must! Any familiarity with poke is a plus!***

Whereas other sharks feed on any prey that crosses their path, the lemon shark will only dine on the best fish it can find. Fish that are the healthiest, and of certain maturity - Fish that are, quite simply, only the best.
All others swim by the lemon shark for safety.
Inspired by the discerning lemon shark, we create poke with only the finest line-caught fish available. And with perfect cuts, we create dishes that are as unique and special as the lemon shark itself.
