Lilette is a high end French restaurant with a predominately old world wine list. Our loyal guests appreciate the dedication and effort put into both our list and our fine dining wine service.
We are looking for an organized individual who can learn and manage our current list as well as bring in new wines that fit Lilettes style. To be qualified for this role, you should have relevant experience in fine dining hospitality.
Requirements and expectations:
Organizational skills, both with inventory and time management. Be a self-starter as well.
Must be able to work at least 40-45 hours each week with a minimum of 4-5 nights working on the floor.
Clean and professional appearance.
Engage Ongoing staff education.
Meet with vendors and be decisive about wines, while also negotiating prices.
at least Level 1 Sommelier.
