Mr. Bs Bistro, opened since 1979, is seeking a career minded pastry chef with a minimum of 2 years fine dining experience. Mr. Bs is a high volume restaurant in an excellent location in the heart of the French Quarter.
Serious candidates must possess:
An innate interest in all things food, wine, and liquor related
Educated in terminology and techniques
Polished and profession in both appearance and speech
Energetic and highly motivated
Positive attitude
Must be able to work flexible hours
Be highly customer service oriented
