We have a small professional kitchen staff who are encouraged to work independently in a focused, scratch kitchen environment. No microwaves here. We are high volume and high quality. Candidates should be self-motivated, comfortable with multi-tasking, and have knowledge of food preparation and food safety. Proper knife skills are a plus. Punctuality is a must.
