Server:
2-4 Shifts per week
Previous customer service or hospitality experience required
Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
Good judgment and decision making abilities
Must be service-oriented, happy, with outgoing personality
Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
Must be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus along with the items’ preparations, ingredients, and sourcing
Provide clean tables quickly, quietly, efficiently and thoroughly
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Perform other restaurant and customer service related requests for guests
Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast paced setting
Must be able to stand, walk, and be attentive for extended periods of time, at least 6 hours, and able to move efficiently
Take accurate orders from customers & enter in POS system
Properly checks I.D.s – for guests who appear to be under 30 years old
Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, foods, & events
Suggestive selling
Answering questions - accurately and politely
Assist in removing dishes, glassware, etc. from tables and deliver to stewarding area
Satisfying needs of the guests - regularly double checking back with guests
Maintaining a clean & organized station – including bussing & table maintenance
Performing opening, closing & side duties
Demonstrating knowledge of all table/station numbers
